About Sunny
Sunny is a native of Norway and a professionally trained chef and wine consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in the food and wine industry. She had her own catering company for seven years, and today she is a vegan food blogger and digital creator with a special focus on Norwegian cuisine.
Sunny is the founder of The Plant Curious Table, a plant-based food and beverage company delivering digital content to educate consumers about how to cook with plants and drink deliciously.
Sunny is also a Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition with a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell. She enjoys making recipes for anyone who loves to explore plant-based foods and whom she calls “plant curious”.

What’s included in the course?
The course has two sections: theory and practical.
The practical section includes six video modules for making six different classic and traditional Norwegian flatbreads, along with the corresponding recipes, which you can download and print if you prefer physical copies.
The theory section includes an introductory section about each flatbread along with the history of flatbreads in Norway. You will also find helpful information gathered from experts around the country on the four vital components of making flatbreads: making the dough, the art of rolling out and handling the dough, baking it and preserving it.
There is also a resource section you can refer to if you’d like to purchase specialty equipment and ingredients to successfully bake the flatbreads at home.
How much is the course?
The course price is $300. Any upgrades and ongoing content added to the course in the future will be included and yours to access as well.
How will the Flatbread course be delivered and how can I access it?
The course is entirely online and available on my membership platform for you to complete at your own pace. Upon purchase, you will receive two emails: one to officially welcome you to the course and another with your login information and details for accessing your member area.
What if I am not sure I can source the ingredients or equipment needed for this course where I live?
I’ve made it very easy for you. There will be an extensive resource section with links to where you can purchase any specialty equipment and recommended ingredients.
Don’t worry, you won’t need a ton of stuff and all the ingredients are basic for the most part, but there will be items for those especially interested to venture out and beyond the basics as well.
Is the course live or recorded? I am not sure I’ll be available on set dates.
The course is pre-recorded and you can access the course anytime you want and view it at your own leisure.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have lifetime access to this course’s contents! Plus, you’ll automatically receive any upgrades to the course (and I already have one or two things planned for later this year!).
Do I need to be a seasoned baker in order to take full advantage of the course?
There are no advanced requirements for this course. in fact, the recipes are really simple and with no complicated ingredients. You can start with the simplest recipe (Flatbrød) to practice rolling out the bread, and advance from there.
I know the recipes will all be vegan, but what if I want to substitute with regular butter, milk, etc?
These substitutions will work just fine with all the recipes, as they were originally based on animal-based ingredients.
What if I have questions along the way as I go through the course?
There will be a contact section in the course where you can email in any questions that arise while you go through the course that will be replied to within 24-48 hours.
