This delicious vanilla-scented whipped cream has cloudberry preserves folded in and can be served with waffles, pancakes or Norwegian krumkaker. Tangy and sweet, it makes you go for that second and third spoonful!
1 ¾cups(4 dl) vegan heavy whipping cream like Country Crock or Violife
4tablespoonspowdered sugar
2teaspoonsvanilla extract or vanilla sugar
1cup(2.5 dl) cloudberry preserves, plus more for layering dessert
Instructions
Add the vegan heavy whipping cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract/sugar and whip on high speed for about 2 minutes until soft peaks form. Using a spatula carefully fold in the cloudberry preserves. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
